Been modifying a spare inlet manifold today whilst I was waiting for a bloody computer as it went wrong.
I have removed the ports I won't be using and welded the holes up. I'm also enlarging the feed to the Bov as it is only a 3mm hole at the moment and it needs a 5mm id.
I have cut off the egr valve port and filled the hole
Finally the new throttle body I have has a 74mm bore yet the manifold only has a 63mm hole. So it will be machined to suit the new TB but the idle control ports are within that diameter so I have welded them up partly so it can be machined and still have a mating face to seal on
I have put the whole manifold in my rumbling machine to polish/clean it up inside and out.
And a video of how it works.

Hopefully get it machined this week.
