Umm... I have a small confession to make...





... RST's are still fetching decent money (even on Ebay). In fact, more than it's going to cost to get the welding and paint done by Chris @ H-Tech, so the old girl is currently receiving some Automotive pampering at his hands as and when he can fit it in.

I can't let it go just yet. Unfinished business, you see. ;)

Just had a wee look at the work ... NICE ... the new non rusty shell is looking good buddy :) - I can't believe the transformation.

Current position is you have a floor, albiet it still in primer .. but a floor none the less - think he said floor and sills all done ready for paint :).

Better update this now it's virtually ready. :D

New floor in the rear-

Had a bit of a bufty/painting session underneath, tidying up the tank and lines, as well as undersealing everything I could get to-

Re-done the rear brake pipes, new braided hoses to the front Brembo's (as the originals were too short at full droop on lock) and flushed the system through with fresh fluid, after cleaning out 22 years of gunge at the bottom of the reservoir :eek: )

those new sills and arches look ace, you wouldnt even know they had been done.
so do you have a time frame for having it finished?

any bites on PF for your engine yet?
