Bit of an update.

A while back I swapped all the alignment arms over from the S14 and booked the car into Autotest for full alignmment. All seemed okay, took a trip over to Dr Hayward for a potential power run. Eagle eye noticed something not right with the front, top mounts were in different positions and the wheels sat differently in the arches :( On top of that one of the rear wheels no longer sat right :(

Anyway, after lots of measuring I was still unsure so took another trip up to APT. Borrowed Al's MOT ramp and had a good look underneath. Thank fook it all looked straight, apart from the rear subframe. It's had a big repair, as in 1/4 panel and boot floor, but it's been done well. Front shows no sign of damage other than a small knock.

So, spent last week getting the S14 rear subby blasted and painted, swapped on yesterday and it's all good. Need to get it aligned again though. Not sure about the front, I'll probably fit adjustable bottom arms to allow full movement.

TBH, I'm a bit pissed that the bloke at Autotest didn't notice or say anything, he also gave the topmout a good smack and marked it. Seems Gary's using SCA more for the time being so I'll give them a bash this time :)

I remembered when I discovered that my 32 had damage.........gutted doesn't quite cover it. Sorry to read about your issues mate, but at least it was spotted early and you have the right people involved now.

Nice carbon undertray......Russ @ RHD has some obscenely tempting parts available!

I was pretty pissed, but...I had to kind of expect something due to the colour change and the price. You takes your chances :)

Thankfully it's sorted at the back thanks to a donor from the old girl. I'll order a set of front bottom arms from DW tonight as well so that will take care of the slight issue at the front :)

Blimey checkout the rust on the S14, they are going the way of the older S13s and the FC RX7s :(

Sorry to hear about your news mate, onwards and upwards though.

As to the Abflug.....buy buy buy you cannot beat a bit of quality japanese branded stuff on a jap car :)

+1 for the tits :D

The one and only...they can rot like hell at the back of the sills :( There's a nice hole in the inner sill which lets in water and shit to help it rot from the inside :(
