Hi Mike, Duncan Graham at Racedynamics he has a link on BP he did an excellent job taking great care to set the car up exactly as I wanted it. If you cant find his link give me a PM and I will try to find it on my other PC.

I think a Baffle Plate is now a must as I am able to get much higher forces in corners than when I first started out with the car.

Yes, i think Duncan was trying a Cosworth plate, but has issues with it which are sorted now of course.

Worth contacting him for advise.

If it's any help, I use the most basic baffled sump offered by Alyn and tbh it works a treat. My catch can has stayed free of oil and i've noticed no difference on the oil pressure gauge/knock analyser when hooning round Corum, So I guess it does a very good job for little money.
I did look at the Cosworth baffle plate, But there seemed to be so many conflicting opinions on just how effective it was for the cash.
BTW
If you're fitting it yourself, It's way easier to pull the engine rather than trying to fit it in situ imo.

It is possible in situ, But you need to remove the lower mounts and jack the lump up 3

IME a "clubman" style baffled sump does a better job than the Baffle 'plate' that is offered as it simply stops splash bck on the crank but doesn't offer any assistance in stopping surge.........the main reason for fitting a baffle!!

we are developing new versions all the time and hope to have a more budget option for the t/scroll and later 2.5 sumps soon (we already do the full ali baffle inserts for these cars)
