Yesterday i dropped the car off at Eddys 9am sharp for him to crack on with the car
very impressed with the unit even though its still being set up
Eddy didnt waste anytime getting the car in the air for us to take a quick peak at.

Had a quick gander at the parts going on;
was really amazed at how small the clutch assembly was! its the same size, if not smaller than my old mini
The flywheel was sent away for a re-grind as there we're scallops from overheating, no surprise really considering the slippage. Eddy also mentioned that there was something wrong with the gearbox? (me and my memory) so i'll get the full details of that tonight to re-post here.
Going to call in a minute to see if all's well for me to come collect it tonight at 5pm, if so i can crack on with the other job in the morning of regreasing all the calipers as they're slightly seized and the front disks are starting to go blue.
As a side note i started making my prototype long arm camera mount;
the adjustable housings will be securely mounted to 3 suction cups/dent pullers so it'll have a hard job trying to move. I've also got to fabricate a global mount to allow free movement for the little camera in any direction, and a larger mount for camcorders etc
