Tomorrow, there's re-position the PS reservoire and fill the rad. Oh, and bleed brakes after dumping ABS, re-piping and master cyl. change. And clutch to bleed and test.

Also see if it'll start and hope I haven't done anything terminal.

That Scoob engine looks as weird as my rotary one !!!!

Where is the cold air feed going to come from ?

Now that's the big question Gareth and at the moment, I don't know the answer. Maybe once the PAS is sorted everything will become clearer.

Looks very mean Gerry 8)

Have you seen John Stevenson's alternator and relocating bracket - might be something to explore for yours.... ?

I found that thread a few minutes ago and didn't even spot the alternator :roll:

I thought about going round the local motor factors and auto leccies but didn't have time. That alternator would fit under the throttle body with room to spare.

What can i say....... other than 100% respect mr H :notworthy: You are completly barking! The intercooler looks great, i`m intrigued to see if you reap many benifits from the hard graft?-- so hope you have it ready by sunday :?: :)
