Hi guys I thought I'd update this it's been a while.

I've now done 500 miles on the engine so it was time for some real boost to be chucked at it, And after replacing the waste gate springs for stronger ones and the 3 bar map sensor for a 5 bar version, Which was

I don't want a chavy front mount sticking out the front on my car like some boy racer beacon  , I'm to old now days for all that.

are you going to lose the rear spoiler and bonnet for a standard sunny one then ?
you could always fit a pace fmic these fit inbetween the rad and aircon rad i had one on my old pulsar and cant be seen from the front

I've got no problem with the car looking as it came from the factory, I just don't want a front mount hanging out the front, As for the pace front mount I doubt if it would cope with 2.2 bar either, Or even be workable with my new turbo set up.

Anyway I'm happy with the charge cooler's performance over all, And am very happy to fit water injection to give me the extra scope to push it past it's limits, After all water is free 8)  .

Please don't think I'm putting down those people with chavtastic front mounts  , It's just not for me anymore I'm afraid and I like the challenge of getting things to work better anyway, So the charge cooler system should keep me busy for a while 8) :D .

To be perfectly honest Gary it isn't as laggy as the chart would suggest  , On the road I'm pretty much hitting max boost by 4k which doesn't tie up with the print out I know, It drives very nicely off boost as well. But you do need to be in the correct gear if you really want to get moving quickly.

Compared to my old JGY turbo this one has no lag at all :o     .

But we will be doing a lot of work on the map to help it spool up as fast as pos, And I think their is a fair bit to be gained from this.
