Baffled Sump
Well, i fitted my baffles today and did a proper job of it too! Thanks to BrownEJ20 for welding them in - top job, really impressed!
After refitting the sump i fitted a new oil filter and changed the oil to Silkolene pro s 5w 40 so im ready for wednesday!!

got a trust one does the job we modded it a bit to return oil better but a good guy to speak to is dave at rk tuning he showed me one that he designed himself with sprung loaded bafles in all directions that let oil into the center for pick up but not allow it to slosh around ,looked great
