just a bit of an update, my car was at APT all day today and i had this done.
both front inner CV gaitors replaced
Torque Split Controller installed
redline heavyweight shockproof gearbox oil
clean and freed up front calipers
new rear pads
Blitz ECU Chip (i now have no speed limiter at last!!)
Rolling road diagnostics
it made 340.1bhp and 290lb/ft torque which im very happy with as i only have apexi filters and HKS Super Drager sytem and stock downpipes.

just another update
i phoned APT about my sumplug problem (the thread is stripped on the sump) they informed me that the only way to do it properly is to remove the sump which means engine out from what ive read, coupled with the fact one of my injectors is leaking and all the other problems which are:
1.an electrical problem causing it to retard the ignition randomly
2.a strange vibration when more than 30% front torque
3.steering constantly vibrates
4.when going slow the rear diff vibrates
5.multipul leaks (nothing major)
6.a scraping noise from engine on idle
this means im going to change the engine oil myself and do a temporary bodge on it to keep the car on the road.
but the big news is im going on a huge save to buy all the goodies i want for when my engine comes out aswell as getting all the other problems sorted at the same time so basically i wont be using my car very much at all for quite a while but when it does finally go in it will be coming out a new car with lots and lots of stuff done to it.

1.an electrical problem causing it to retard the ignition randomly = sounds like knock sensors to me being faulty and then retarding the ignition to compensate
2.a strange vibration when more than 30% front torque = could be an engine mount, or a faulty front diff
3.steering constantly vibrates = nothing major, sounds like just a lost wheel balance
4.when going slow the rear diff vibrates = you could be lucky and have an uprated diff or it could be faulty
5.multipul leaks (nothing major) = get your overalls on at get your head in that engine bay with a hand full of seals!!
6.a scraping noise from engine on idle = worn bearing, power steering pulley? alternator?
