Took time out to fit some mods, Apex steering rack poly bushes :cool:

Wire brushed and primed some bits of very minor surface rust I found that I had missed.

More updates, its been hetic and it may look like there isnt much progress ..


Problem with prototype parts is they sometimes have to be modified :wack:

Marty_T3 kindly came up to hack at my car, I broke the captive nut for the ARB - similar to Yak & Bigtone :mad:

I wanted it rolling by the end of today, not much left, mainly the bushes of the rear hubs and fitting + diff.

I seemed to be fannying around with little jobs for most of the day ...

Back at work tommorrow, so I'll have to do the little bits in the evening, which I was trying to avoid doing .. I was sure a week off work would be long enough :rolleyes:

It will be ready to go to DCMS on time though, for engine fitting, and down to Garys for VEMS & mapping shortly after that.

I've failed to tackle the splitter, or brake ducting at all though :( or clean and paint the now de-soundproofed interior :annoyed:

Felt good tonight, even after being back at work, so got on with some more stuff, and picked up more goodies.

Borrowed a dremel (Cheers Bren :thumbs: ) and trimmed then fitted the front bumper properly

Sparco FIA approved Seat, need a FIA one and the K-sport isnt approved :(
Also full braided hose set for the turbo.

Fire extinguisher, will be a nice fit I think

Looks great :D I thought that was Fuggles in the back of your car in one of those pictures :lol: Er, maybe not ;)

Very best of luck for TA. The car looks like it has the potential to be quick, we'll see what the driver is like now :thumb:

]Well long day ....

Car is now at DCMS being prepped for its trip to APT, last few jobs ...

In all the time I've owned this S13 it has never made it to my house, mainly its lived at Yaks, but today it came visiting :D
