I can see some long term lock up rental coming free of charge I'll talk to you about this on Sunday.
The only problem with the Sierra is that whilst cheap it is slooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Maybe it needs a bit of YB power or a crazy RB engine swap? Now that could be a laugh
It been a while since i have played on a ford... i built my second rally car,, a mk2 escort many many moons ago,,, and i got a mate whos in attleborough, just built a cossie MK1 so no shortage solution problems if they should occur..
Can I help .. that way I can learn more on someone else's car .
Benny and I are waiting for the right time to buy our little drift toy ... i'm sure it's a 100 times harder to do than it looks .. but will be good fun finding out.

Well there is another way you could do things;
you can pull the front shafts out of the box and plug and weld the holes, cut the shaft at the front wheel bearings and weld them in to stop the bearing collapsing and then get in the box and remove the front diff and then lock the centre diff up.
This is a very breif explanation of course but it can be done, if a RWD sierra box bolts onto your engine then that would be a lot easier mind!
