had some free time so i thought i would do a few little jobs on the car and got a bit carried away .
this is what it now looks like

i think this will be phase 2 now ; get roll cage fitted
trim wiring down some more
lower driving seat a little
lower passenger seat and move rearward
fit perspex rear quarters
finish passenger door window motor removal
cut out anything to try and offset the weight of the cage
anything else that i can think of to get the inside finished

I keep wondering on stripping my car out to lose weight but i cant make my selt do it.

I wouldn't bother in your case Jamie. 32's are heavy for several reasons, mostly drivetrain related, and you'll never get around that by taking the door cards out

Joking aside I know that when I had my one I went the full hog and really tried to shed weight using every technique in the book and the projected weight with a cage and bucket seats was still over 1250kgs if I retained 4wd. The other thing with pursuing this style of weightloss is that it kills the day to day usage of the car stone dead.
