Nice cars, although i always found them a little light on the front.
They also have issues with the mechanical diffs, but i'm sure there are uprated ones available.

Look forward to toying with this on the track

right.... some coupes have the type "A" torsen diff.

later cars had a better type "B" diff.

the diffs are very strong. its the bearings and seals that suffer.

speak to martin on here who has a scooby. he rebuiolt my box and does them for a good price.

this is quite easy.

you need either a T28 from a nissan 200SX ( S14 ) or a pulsar.

the pulsar ones will produce more power in the end because of the larger exhaust outlet.

the S14's is smaller and reduces the lag but less kick in the back and ultimate top end.

the housing needs to be rotated to fit and the actuator arm bent. this is not difficuilt.

i have a GT28R on mine and it has the benefits of both T28's.

I have a couple of GTR turbos at the office if they're of any use.

Best of luck for the build :thumb:

I'm hoping mine will be up to full spec for Snetterton.....
at the very least it should be at full power on the current turbo :-D

that turbo is fine. but you will need the piece of pipe that will allow the boost hose to clamp onto it.

this is the outlet end.

you will also need an adaptor for the oil feed.

contact grant baker, he runs both these websites, either on http://www.rovertech.net or http://www.gb-ent.com/

the thread size is different on the nissans compared to the rover.

these are what you need...

this is similar to what you have but i think its just an adaptor on the end coz the thread size is different on the rover engine block. i can't see what i am looking for but pm him on rovertech and he should sort you out.

the other option is to look for a turbo for sale on rovertech. they can come up quite often and can have already been modified.
