Wow! I liked this car the first moment i laid eyes on it. Now i absolutly love it!:love2:
You said the wheels were "pimp" But i think they look spot on mate and realy suit it.
Like you have already said the bonnet mounted air brake needs changing and im amazed the sunstrip is still in place as i struggeled to peer under it. But just look how its come on in just four days!!!:coolgleamA:

I'd put money on the fact that it is louder than the REX with the baffle in, let alone without :)
Ok, my first proper drive.
The alignment is out
The gearbox/diff is a bit noisy but there is no telling whether that is normal noisy or trouble noisy; Dom did say it had been like that for years and that it had caused Whifbitz no alarm
Brakes are OK but I can see what you guys meant about being sub-standard for track stuff
Suspension rides really well on the big hoops :)
That noises win it for me; they are exactly what I had been looking for for all of these years. I would say that the Impreza (running no boost to speak of and not exposed to big revs) has the acoustic edge over the GTR that I owned.

I have no idea at all about how this thing will work out in the long run but so far, I have been smiling from ear to ear as this most uncouth of cars burbles around :)
