My soarer had BPU and boost controller fitted and acheved 345bhp when Gary had fiddled with it so you will need further mods like a programmable ecu to get much more out of it.
although it will feel strong at that level anyway.

Very nice! What programmable ECU do you recommend for a 1JZ?

Also first part ordered already; rear seats! Supra came with no rear bench or seat belts so I've done a deal with a chap and got the complete package.

So this happened today. The car has been collected by OPJP Imports and they're getting it ready for MOT etc. I collect it on Saturday 1st August, excited is an understatement. The pictures make the colour look at lot better than at first glance! I'll have to employ the duties of Mr. Baker for a photoshoot :hurray:

It's been so long I'd forgotten about this. Hope it's all it should be when you pick it up.

Looks good, love the wingless look.

Love that colour on a Supra :) Nice rims too. How are you getting on with the car Ryan?

Thanks Stu, I've fallen in love with the colour. I'll be sending a piece of it off to get the mixture ratios so I can get it sprayed again next year (engine bay and boot included this time!). Wheels are staggered 19" Volk Racing SF Challenge 2 piece splits, 9.5J front, 10.5J rear (unknown ET as I've yet to measure).

The car is going well but I've got a 3 page document on things I'll be doing over the winter to it - most importantly dropping the rear axle. It's squeaking now and then and I've a feeling it's one or two of the rear bushes so they'll all be replaced. HKS Hipermax suspension will be coming off all 4 corners so I can recondition them. Then just little bits and bobs.

I've got some pictures of when I collected it on the day.

And then some beautiful pictures from the one and only Chris Baker. We decided to do a very quick photoshoot as dark was falling quickly, turned out well though.

And finally, I attended Japanese Auto Extravaganza this year at their new location, Newark Showground. Great weekend and I went with the Cambridgeshire Modified Motors Owners Club with Chris. Toyota UK seemed to like my Supra as well.
