Need a favour - Help shifting a car

We're moving house soon and my little MG Midget which is in a state of perpetual restoration needs moving 2 miles from East Runton to Cromer to my father in laws house. Where it will live while I build a new garage to put it in and ignore it again.

I'd hire a trailer, but I've got nothing to tow that with either...

The Midget is a rolling Chasis, no brakes/dead engine.

So if anyone with a trailer/truck is heading out this way and could tie in a visit to sunny Cromer with 1/2 hours manual labour, in exchange for love and hugs or beer tokens (I'm easy) then let me know.

How close to APT are you as we will down that way next week with a trailer.

Thanks for the offer, but it'd be a 50 mile round trip from APT, and this being Norfolk that would be the best part of 2 hours (including shifting the car) out of your day...

The offer is still there. Alan would need to stay at APT with the car but I would be able to give you a hand. Don't have sat nav though so you would need to meet me at APT.

Just gives you an option if you're totally stuck.
