Street Outlaws

Post by jap.slapper »

Has anybody been watching the latest series of Street Outlaws?

I watched the first series and thought it was pretty good (albeit a bit dubious with regards to the staged 'bleep, bleep, flashing lights' followed shortly by "quick, it's the cops lets get outa' here...few that was close" every single episode???) but the cars are friggin' epic in my opinion.

Anything from a 'tame' 800bhp to the most recent 3000bhp street cars

I've just been looking into each of the cars/drivers websites and they're all over it from a commercial perspective....you can buy all sorts of 'Farm Truck' merchandise for example. I could never see a show like that being made here in Blighty, putting aside the fact that street racing in general is pretty idiotic and dangerous I think that the culture over here is so far removed from that of the States that it just wouldn't work.

It's still a good watch though :driving:

Watched season 1 and into season 2. Shame were so far behind the US show as season 4 starts over there soon. Love the cars and a good surprise seeing a girl on the list :driving:
