Do to the hassle of having to take the drivers seat out to change positions for me and Alan we had decided that I would do the first 2 sessions and then Alan would have the rest of the day. The first session Alan jumped in with me to help get me back up to speed, with lines turn in points and braking points. It was extremely helpful although i felt his turn in points were a little late for my liking and his braking points, well, personaly i like to brake before a corner.
For me it sort of goes like, Brake, Turn in, Accellerate.
Alan tends to go more like, BrakeTurninAccellerate.
1st session done no dramas and the car behaved itself. So Alan jumped out and sent mr back out again unsupervised

It was so much fun as i went out behind a couple of Fun Cup cars (VW Bettle - thingys). I decided to follow them which really helped again and made me realise that the car actually does go and stop well.
Mid morning and it was time to change the seat over for Alan. The plan here was to record oil temps, oil pressure & water temps after every session as well as tyre pressures. Before he went out i commented that as we were only on low boost he should a few good tussles with some of the cars

3 short sessions in the morning and after each one temps were all spot on.
After lunch i told Alan to start doing long runs which he did and still the car behaved itself not missing a beat, starting first time, it was great

The highlight of the day for me was when Alan went out just after 3 when i noticed that a certain black/orange Porsche GT3 was out on track. (I swear the guy only came in for fuel). But as is the way he was no where near Alan on the circuit

The last session of the day for us was about 4pm and this time i went out for a pax lap
...NEVER AGAIN....ARE YOU LISTERNING ALAN.....NEVER AGAIN

Thankfully and i mean Thankfully the session was cut short when Alan said 'He'd lost the turbo - No boost......'
Slow drive back to the pit and a quick investigation found that the bolts to the wastegate had worked there way loose causing a massive leak.
Loads of pics and video to follow.
