There's damage that's caused due to unforeseen circumstances whilst in transit and then there's blatant bloody negligence and that is clearly negligence...

a cracked FRP bumper is one thing but that is taking the piss!!

Unbelievable!!! ... they simply don't give a f**k - someone must have known they'd done that. I had a 1960's rucksack delivered the other day by the postoffice.. two holes in the packing and the frame dented - survived being sent to vietnam, vietnam to states, states to the uk, uk to me ... then buggered by the post office !!! ..
