I think the FD3s is a rare car in as much as it has the potential to look good if carefully modified, whilst remaining something special even if it's left stock. In my eyes, subtle is the way with RX7s although they do wear trinkets like carbon bonnets and BGW pretty well too.

Glad you're persevering with it. I'd agree 100% that driving the thing whilst you have the use of it makes more sense than making more tweaks that would keep it off of the road :driving:

Nice to catch up with this thread. I love FDs and it's in good hands with Jaydee :thumbs: You should've said you were heading down to my manor to see him, could've swung over and said hello.

Daz (workshop manager at whifbitz) who does the work on my car has just bought an FD to build up as a TD car so hopefully see you at snett soon :D

Oi my BGW Has now been removed and replaced with mazdaspeed rear wing so there.......

Oh and the carbon bonnet is staying as it provides space
for a V8 ! :D

I do like a well built FD (sigh....) It's one of those cars that can easily be made to look like a car ten times its actual value, unfortunately it's also one of those cars that can be ruined pretty easily as well with garish cheap body kits and crap styling

I'm keeping tabs on this thread and liking this so far mate
