Hmmm, doesn't inspire confidence to me, I suppose it depends whether you want a turn-key car or bit of a project!
I'd say it would best to try and get the best car you can find/afford, as Evo's can soon swallow a decent amount of cash!
Most will need a few bushes doing, you then want decent brake pads for sprinting and tyres if it has just random road tyres!
What you need to find is one owned by an enthusiast, that's got an ECU and boost controller, decent suspension, and has been serviced properly including the AYC pump.
Also if looking at one get right under it as if its not been under sealed when imported loads of 5's and 6's have some serious rust going on!! Holes in chassis legs in extreme cases.
