New forum, New toy...

Post by Jon »

First off, great work on the new forum, looks awesome :hurray:

After a very kind young lady decided it would be a grand idea to reverse over my ZX9R whilst I was filling up with petrol (resulting in my bike being written off) I thought a some more power on two wheels was necessary (because obviously the Ninja wasn't nearly fast enough  ) so this morning I picked this up...

CBR1000RR Fireblade with Yoshimura can and geared for balls out acceleration.
I thought my previous bikes shifted a bit, but FUCK does this thing get a move on! Mid life crisis here I come :sifone:
Obligatory pic from a quick hoon out with Fezza today...

As much as I love my Scooby, it will never ever press the buttons that this does :gnorsi:

Very nice. I've come to the conclusion that I don't bounce as well as I use to, so I think i'll be sticking to 4 wheels............Now where did I put those stabalisers.

As Alyn said, it was written off due to cosmetic damage :(
If I hadn't jumped off at the last minute I would have got caught under it and probably broke a leg. Crazy thing is that she drove around me to stop at the petrol pump in front, then reversed into my bike ...
and then tried to say it was my fault!!!!
Some crazy people out there!

Told you 'blades rule :sifone: You've just got to learn to ride it now

Stuart, last Saturday was the first day in 3 months we'd been out properly and was still a tad slippery in places! Roll on a summer of fun!

Anyone else got bikes on here?
