Welcome back! Here be Dragons!

Post by maff »

Welcome back and thanks for your patience.

The forum is brought to you by the letters A P & T and by the number 0 (as in free!) That nice man over at APT is covering our hosting costs in return for me setting him up a few bits and pieces, so go and spend some money there and make sure his generosity is well founded.

As you can see we have swapped forums systems, for those of you without facebook, you will need to go through the whole "I forgot my password" thing in order to start using the forum, sorry about the extra hassle, but there was no way round it as the old system was getting more and more out of date, leaving us open to nasty hackers and spammers.

You will probably notice a few things are broken during your travels, post on this thread anything you notice and I will endeavour to fix it.

Any questions, ask away.

Onwards and upwards Maffster.

I'd personally like to extend a huge thanks to Gary @ APT for the support to the club and forum. There have been many occasions over the last few years when he's been a big believer in the club and the importance of keeping things going, so we all owe him thanks for ensuring that the forum's future is safe for the next couple of years at least :hurray:

One pointer regarding one of our long running threads, the Saturday afternoon shuffle. I have not found a way to successfully embed videos on to this style of forum software yet, so please don't get stressed if you want to link or share your favourite AC/DC tune!

Enjoy your forum
