This week's highlights

A right old mixed bag. Top of the range BMWs for detailed work through to Citroen C4's and a literal 20 minute wash.............never a dull moment!

Full exterior valet with focus on scratch reduction/removal and a few interior bits just for good measure

Monthly maintenance valet on this mint A3 that incorporated some trial product testing

On to some juicier stuff (and I don't mean the Citroen)
A lot of months have passed since I worked on the Hayward's BMW
Image
Six months of daily duties haven't been too hard on the car thanks in part to the heavy duty protection that was applied and also the sheer amount of rain that we've had (and zero snow means relatively little small amounts of salt used SO FAR)
The car was booked in with me to freshen up the protection for the paint and alloys, and give some tender loving care to the luxury leather interior. The following work was completed in just under six hours
This
Image
to this with de-ironiser and 'safe' wheel cleaners to protect the diamond cut alloys
Image
To this after claying to remove the last of the contaminants
Image
Took the exhaust tailpipes from this
Image
to this using gentle cleaning techniques and good quality metal polish
Image
And the paintwork from this
Image
to this using pre-contact washing and full chemical decontamination
Image
To this after hot air drying, machine polishing where necessary and ceramic sealant protection

The interior was treated to a full and comprehensive blitz so it was pretty much back to an 'as new' condition.

I'm pleased to say that it was a very successful few hours on the BMW and the difference really isn't demonstrated properly by the photos shown here (more evidence for buying a proper camera this year)

If you're interested in getting a make-over for your car now we're into the new year, please let me know :)

Thanks Ben. The photos inside APT's workshop are truly shocking and I think the low light conditions in there are just too much for my 'phone camera. The quality of finish and gloss were really very good (if I do say so myself) so the awful picture quality is a kick in the nuts, but there we are.

The Pug was a big change in terms of 'before and after', and the Audi is just one of those cars that I know very, very well so I can achieve a lot with in it in just two hours even though there is no running water and I have to be very careful with traffic as the road is so busy (Not easy when you're trying to vacuum the interior, clean arches, alloys and tyres!)

I have another Impreza job to upload when I get a chance :) You'll like that one.
