Just please do try to limit the areas you use rattle can lacquer on especially this time of year mate.
Cheers Russ, I have kept the lacquered areas down to as low as possible.
Another minor tarty update.
Finally my OE 3S-GE side decals have arrived, These go on the rub strip above the side intakes. When the weather dries up a tad, I'll clean and apply these just to really finish of the exterior OE look. Quite chuffed with the quality!

They're a dark grey, so it should be light enough to show against the green, and not too light to stand out a mile.
EDIT: Managed to get them on!

Update time!
Since I was made redundant I've made good with my time and money by (still currently) sorting out my bedroom into an office/bedroom to do private work and just to lounge in when I game. However we finally have more progress on the car!
This morning the two Steves from Smart ABC Mobile Body Repairs, friends of mine and dads came round to address parts of the body that I wasn't happy with.
He first assessed what needed to be done and started off by taking away some roughness on both wings and left headlamp cover.

Steve 1 then started work on the rear arch that had some bubbling before then proceeding to sort the upper drivers door.

Steve 2 was tackling the small dents and creases along the rear wings with a clever system of suction pads with a parallel lines and a really long T-handle allen key looking press.

Arch finished.

Upper door sorted!

Rear offside and nearside dents/creases pushed back out. (proper impressed)

All it leaves now is for me and Stu to nail down a full colour sand appointment at Auto-Genie HQ to take care of the bird etchings and swirls. I have a good feeling that this car is going to look the tits.
