I got this little Italjet 50cc twist and go motor cross bike when I was only 3 and it now time to pass it down to Connor Iam looking to restore it have in the frame powder coated and wheels re chromed. Does anyone know anyone carring out chrome platting?<o></o>

That brings back memory's. A mate of mine had an Italjet and I had a Garelli Batboy when we were kids.

Bloody hell mate! Connors only just walking isn`t he? Or are you planning a fairly long resto?

Well it's finished and handed over to the little Man for Xmas, pleased with the finish is an understatement :hurray: it took me some time but he's now nearly ready to ride it!

All powder coating dome myself, wheels are chrome powder coat had just a few bits plated as just so expensive finish is rather good and no need to worry about keeping on top of the polishing it's not as shiny but hopefully tough. My runners on my van have done 2 winters and just started to show any signs of lifting. Frame is grey with a sparkle mixed in

All new bolts, guy loved me sorting through each bag for half the day total bill
