Well done Pete; top bombing!! :D

The 'RAC' style ST185 is owned by Andy CACA who is registered on here. Mad car and a pretty mad driver too! :driving:

Another customer of mine was out there is his first sprint in a black GT4 205. He had a great time but mentioned it was slippery, so if it was bad for him it must have been pretty lairy for you

Pete have also sent you a PM
Looks like the PC has died so the boy will need to build a new one so the videos may be a while. I have read the PM

It was an ideal event for the golf , looking forward to seeing it on track sometime as it looks the business in your build thread

The ST185 certainly looks the business and I did't think a shy retiring type would be driving it . It was a bit lairy and I was having to be real careful on the brakes if I couldnt stop on the tarmac I'd have no chance on wet grass . Pete

I quite like that little Starlet/Glanza thingy!!

What do they weigh as standard....950kg or something like that? I reckon setup properly, that could be a proper little pocket rocket on track
[img] Q. If you were stranded on a desert island, who would you rather be stranded with....Ray Mears or Bear Grylls?

A. No question....Ray Mears....you could make a shit load more stew out of that tubby little fecker [/img]

Yes it did move a bit ,the track was about 95% dry and the first thing to lose grip at any sight of damp was the back end . Smooth driving , i thought it was more like relaxed driving . Pete

It did look fairly relaxed but then again the car reminds me of our old v6 in that it sounds very laid back in the way it revs. So your driving just seemed to go perfectly with the car. Smooth, calm but far from laid back:thumbs:

I should have said pedestrian , I do give the car an easy time of it though and I think the motor will stand more revs than I give it . I did have to be careful on the wet laps as the grip was low ,as also my ability . The difference between wet and dry surprised me ad i realized that if I wanted to go quicker then I would need some tuition . You can get away will stuff on a dry track that would put you off in the wet , and I felt aware of a lack in talent more in those Conditions . I learnt a bit that day .Pete
