And to get the lumps of bird shit off of your new paint!! :smilielol5: The wheels look great and Conti's on there can only be a good thing.

I look forward to getting a date agreed for this. That paint is screaming out for protection.......don't want to open a can of worm but when was that roof last protected?

Next time it rains, like now, check to see how it beads up. Also check on the inside for any signs of water stains etc near the seams. Should be OK mate just warrants checking before things turn a lot worse in Autumn/Winter.

An update on behalf of Rob

After weeks of planning (and waiting for a time slot) I eventually got a chance to sort out Rob's rather gorgeous M3. Rob had found several areas of the car's paintwork that just weren't right when he got it back from the bodyshop so he asked me to spend some time putting it right and protecting it too

Alloys cleaned, polished and tyres sealed

The gorgeous red leather was cleaned and conditioned, the carpets and mats shampoo'd and the faux-carbon trim cleaned as well as all other plastics and rubber trim leaving this as the finished standard

Cheers for your time and efforts stu, the car now looks a lot younger then it is and makes me appreciate why I purchased the car in the first place

Still can't believe you got rid of all those marks left by the bodyshop by hand...its pretty remarkable!

Hopefully getting the valve clearances professionally checked and adjusted by a recommended specialist next week so not only will it look the part it, it will go as it should too

I could have machined it mate but there really was no need. Always better to leave as much paint on there as possible matey ;)
