It's been and still is a great work horse. It just keeps on going, in nearly 5 years of owning it it's had.

1 air filter
1 oil change
4 tyres
2 headlight bulbs
1 middle section of the exhaust
1 back box
Front brake pads and discs

If it does break or fall off it doesn't get touched:)

After all the planning and work that we have done to the car this summer we are fairly happy with how it performed on sunday. It accelerates so much quicker than before and has more grip through the high speed corners with no understeer. It has less roll but may need to go a bit stiffer, will wait till we get new tyres to see. Bearing in mind the fact Alan was only taking it to the shift light in 3rd and never in 4th there's more pace in the old girl yet to come. The brakes are great with the new pads although we did manage to boil the brake fluid.
Can't wait till we can up the rev limit from 6500 to 7500. The only issue there is that we really don't want to take the head off but we would need to fit double valve springs before raising the shift limit.

I forgot i asked about this . Iam not sure but is that a thicker oil than regular stuff . I put some 70/80 in my box but i think i should go a bit thicker because of the extra stresses of track use , is this why you use the75-140 . Pete

The stresses of track work generate a lot of heat in the gearbox and it's the heat build up that can cause the box to fail. The 75-140w will give us a bit more protection against heat build up.
