yesterday started on finishing off the roof.
so my brother flattened down the primer.

after he cleaned off the roof and prepped it, it was time for the
vinyl covering, 2m x 1.2m piece straight over the roof.

then time to getting the vinyl smothed out and do the edges

left the vinyl over night to dry out and let it set into place.
then today sorted out the edges all round and trimmed in place.
after a couple hours the roof is finished

after finishing the roof i said to paul why didn't I do this 2 years ago
instead of doing the bodge job from before.
we are really happy with how it looks now, there is the odd bubble here and
there but these are slowely disappearing after a pin hole and air is pushed out.

Well done Bart. No mean feat in this weather mate........you can also use a hair dryer to get rid of the bubbles if you want or need to. Just don't get the vinyl too hot

Today we decided that we had no option but for Alan and Wayne to change the diffs at Alans. Limited tools and the car on the ground. After 2hrs of trying to get the n/s/f driveshaft out of the sump Alan rang me to bring over the spare sump. They used this to work out how to get the driveshaft out and less than half later it was out the car.
State of play now is..
Front driveshaft - Changed
Front Brakepads - Changed
Front Suspension - Changed
