Depends on your definition of expensive mate :) For an piece of metal thats polished then yes it was expensive...for the piece of mind that its helping prevent stress on a major component piece of the engine.....no.

Justification....maybe :)

Ahh, didn't realise it was an uprated part. Thought it was a blingy item like the anodised pulleys. :)

:) yeah its basically because I have removed the air pump which removes a pulley that helps even out the load on the main eccentric shaft (the double sized pulley in the pics above)...essentially its putting the pulley back but not the air pump.

The guys I bought the red pulleys off do a similar kit which I did buy but then didnt bank on fitting a massive turbo that filled the area that it sits in :)
If you look at Chris's car you'll see in the middle of the pic the pulley kit. Chris just needs to dip into his pockets and buy the rest ;)

Thats the one that the other guys sell and you can see I did buy it as per the below pic.
Shame because it would have been nice that they all matched !!

I like to think my part is still blingy though :D

Lol I'd rather buy fuel and track time than coloured pulleys! I'm trying to convince myself the car is done lol!
