Probably into the engine causing the tip failure before he had it rebuild I would guess. Would have heard it if they were still in there now.
Remember that scene in Jaws where Quint drags his fingernails down the blackboard :)

Bit miffed that my builder didn't spot that though!! He couldn't have taken the rear intake pipe off

its worth blowing intercooler in reverse just incase any of big bits stuck in there

It's a good shout mate.
Not sure if he changed his intercooler since the rebuild though but deffo worth a check !!
