Early start in the morning!!! We are travelling 200 miles around Norfolk as a bit of a practice for the charity ride. We need to cover just over 200 miles a day on our trip to Cannes.

We are starting from Salisbury petrol station on Queens rd in Norwich at 8 there should be quite a group of us and we will be picking up others on the way!!

Edinburgh trip has been cancelled as we didn't want to risk breaking a bike just 10 days before our charity ride.

However we are going to attend a family fun day at Lingwood village hall on 30th June with our bikes as well as members from c90club.co.uk to raise a bit more awareness about our ride and hope to raise some more money, everyone is welcome to attend so feel free to pop along for a day out.

Ben and Kevin (the organisers) are going to be on radio Norfolk today between 14.30 and 15.30 again to try and drum up some support.

We are planning to raise

Well done Rob, am sure it was a superb trip with plenty of banter and stories to be reminding each other for the years to come :)
