Dan

I quite like it in the plain carbon and with the canards feed skirts and the carbon wing I think it works as it is.....I will see how I feel about it in a few months...

Ben

Well that is always something that has been in the back of my mind....If or when the rotary gives up the possibility of either a V8 or 2jz or similar has always been in the back of my mind....

But for now I want the rotary scream....

Certainly individual John and like Ben says, loads of room there.........was that made with a V8 in mind?

What wheels did you get mate?

Chris

Yes It was from Pete I ended up helping him load the RX8 shell onto a trailer for scrap too....

Stu

Individual ?! Hmmnn ! As I said mate its not going to appeal to everyone and yes the room issue was something I had in mind...
As I said if and when the rotary spins itself to death then yes I do quite fancy going the V8 route.....speaking to the guy I bought the bonnet from and a chap I saw at Donnington earlier in he year there is no down side to fitting a v8 into an RX7 so yes it is definatley something I have considered....hopefully something I won't need to do for a while though as its not a cheap option.

Stu / Gareth
Wheels.....to be honest mate I can't remember what they are there a bit old school but there was a reason for buying them.... I want to refurb the Volks to see if I want to keep them or not and I needed something to stand the car on in the meantime so I bought a spare set and when I get them back later in the week I will swap tyres over and then get the volks refurbed.....so then I can have one set with road tyres and another set with track tyres.....or just sell the ones I like less....I will post up some pics next week when I get them on the car.
