Old Member returning

Post by Econ »

Hello All

I used to be a member here back in 2007 and since then the car stuff took a back seat really to my career but now my career has been going well I am starting to get back in to the car again. I still have my bright Yellow Nissan Skyline R34 GTT but it has had a few extra modification since I was last here.

Important bit is she is running 425BHP and 400lbs Torque at the hubs and looking to start getting some track days booked. I will update my old project thread when I get 5 but thought i would pop in here first and say hello.

Anyway hoping to get more involved with the forum. Any of the old guard still around like dunc etc?

Thanks
James

Hello Stuart, How's things?

I am happy with the power. More than enough for now in a rear wheel drive car. I will get something up hopefully tonight when I get home from work.

You need to update your profile with your new email address too mate ;) (still got the sky.com one on our database)
I'm really well mate........lots and lots of things have changed over the last five years.......cars, jobs, businesses. All good though  Many of the original crew are still on the forum but several of the guys have changed usernames so that may throw you off a bit :)

And Monster of course.

No James, the 32 was broken after I discovered the shell had been smashed up in Japan and patched up. I did buy another shell from a friend but lost heart midway through the process of buying upgraded brakes, ECU, cage etc etc so sold all the bits and ducked out.

I then bought an M3 hybrid track car and roared around in that for three years and once again broke that..........as Gareth says 'cars come to me to die'!! :)
