Righty, just received my latest upgrades.

I've been complaining that the gear change is just to smooth (sloppy may also be a word) so I've bought the relevant parts to make it tighter than a gnats chuff. Initially I was going to do just the universal joint knuckle but after a chat with Alyn at ASP I've gone for all of the components required to make it super tight.

Image

1 uprated uj knuckle (8 in the pic)
1 uprated stabilising arm bush (18 in the pic)
1 uprated rear support bracket (26 in the pic)

Will let you know what difference it makes when fitted thursday morning.

As always a big thank you to Gary and Danny:)

Right so - was it worth replacing the gear linkage parts. On the basis that the parts cost me

Still a few more jobs fella - slow going as business is taking time to get going. So getting bits as jobs come in. Still need a baffled sump. Also want to convert the BOV to recirc so need to get the adaptor.

Bought new disks and pads today. Going to do wheel bearings at the same time as have a slight rotational noise from one of them presently. Then I think i'm ready if the calipers are all good.

Can't wait to give it a try.

Nice update and good to read/see that you are being as thorough with this as you were with your other cars mate  Was very impressed with how good it looked at Modified Live by the way.

Cheers chap :) - it's a great little car. I confess to watching lots of videos of R32's yesterday though and promptly checking prices ...
