Last saturday put the engine back in everything went to plan fitted the new yellow injecters with the fitting kit, put all the fluids in removed the crank sensor crank the engine over till the oil light went out reconnected the sensor and she fired on the button.

The engine and engine bay looks a lot less cluttered now all the oil and fuel vapour pipe work has been taken away as well as the carbon canister.
I also put a few more gauges in to keep an eye on what the engine is upto.

The next job was to get the new ecu and mapped to bring all the little mods ive done and fitted to all work together so a phone call to duncan graham and he came over thursday and fitted the esl we live mapped it and the car now fills alot more lively duncan's put two maps in one for the wet and one for the dry.

Then today took the car over to a company called skidmarques in hutton which do the hunter four wheel alligment.
I bought a set of yokohama AD08'S which they fitted for me as well.
The guys where very friendly and proffesional would recommend very highly.

Ive also bought a full haywood and scott 2.5 inch system including decat pipe these are my favourite exhausts. So just a few more bits to fit and button up iam not going to say its finished as it will never be it will just be ready to play.

Heard good things about Skidmarques and like the AD08's so that should be a good little package. Never heard of a wet and dry weather map?

When are you and Trev going out to play Mike?

Well not to much to update wonted to get the car out for sprinting as early as poss but don't like running cars on track or in any form of competition without a rollcage

After seeing trev's dash i thought ill do that as the impreza dash is very shiny and reflects the sun quite badly, but then thought if the dash is out i mights as well fit a rollcage as the OMP cage goes through the dash so both purchases where made through the usuall channels.

So the impreza once again is in pieces

Dash turned up and was very impressed with the quality

Yesterday decided to take the day off work to finish the car off but as the car is in the factory sort of doesn't work to a degree but for most of the day they left me alone.
The car was booked in for its mot for tomorrow so i had to finish the dash off make sure all the wiring id cut out from the alarm and turbo timer was all working finish trimming out the cabin around the cage.
As iam not putting the back seat back in decided to paint the fire wall in blue as the ali was a bit blingy.
Had to also roll the back and front arches and pull the back down 10 mm if anyone needs to borrow a arch roller ive bought one and your more than welcome.
So here's the pics off the work yesterday
