Yeah I just checked my email and have a reply. Probably getting the whole fuelling setup (thanks for the tip off). Will prob get Gary to fit if he can stand working on an RX7!

Bit more progress yesterday as the weather was nice I had a whole day tinkering.
Firstly new rear brake pads fitted calipers and hubs cleaned and painted black the yellow paint on the calipers was crap and cracking so time to go...
Its worrying when you buy a car from someone else the things you find.....The car has a serious sound system fitted at I knew the routing of the power cables etc wasn't very clever but it was only on closer inspection I realised how bad it was.
The main power cable from the battery to the amp (amp in the boot) was run through the wing into the door shut then down the door panel and through the interior trim along the door sills etc to the boot (sh1t install) and dangerious.....it was only on closer inspection that I noticed another power cable actually run from under the bonnet fuse box down through the wing and actually through the same hole as the moving door latch into the cabin how this didn't get trapped I don't know, anyway needed to get this addressed asap. so glovebox out and found a route through the bulkhead into the wheelarch cables run properly and hidden from view.
So thats another job sorted.....refitted and secured the nsf wheel arch guard as it had been scuffing on the wheel.....still a little more to do but atleast its not scuffing now.
Fitted a smaller rear number plate as the original one that was fitted looked naff and hung down over the middle of the diffuser......so smaller plate now sits above it and looks much tidier.
I know pictures speak a thousand words but I couldn't be arsed to go and get my phone to take pics yeterday...
Just got to get the db level sorted now I am just waiting on a price to get the afterburner sorted then hopefully should be ready for a bit of track time...

Yeah know what you mean mate, I really want to do mine and take off the connectors I'm not using but its a bit of a big job. Oh john forgot to say. Unless you are running a swirl pot setup expect fuel starvation at just under half a tank on track
I am running the same pump as you.
You don't want to be hitting it either as rotors don't like detonation!
EDIT: Just re-read my thread on FDUK and realise you've posted! Even so, I think you may encounter similar issues to me on a Walbro.
