Well been cracking on over weekend first I stripped rear brakes down cleaned them up greased tem an put them back together. Then I decided to get engine ready to come out all went well until one of the bell housing bolts decided to round it's self off so had to cut the head off with a hack saw blade. Well it came out in the end.

Then Friday morning made a start on the front brake lines and routing them in to pedal box. Just need to get some double pipe clips and rubber grommet so pipe doesn't rub. Also mounted the resevoirs.

And also the engines been getting a clean ready for rebuild.

After cleaning.

Picked an engine stand up to so engines soon ready for painting and then mounted on stand.

Mr Hayward can make bespoke looms subject to time, money etc. There was also a wiring place near Lotus but I have no idea whether they were any good but once again APT could probably advise you on this.

If you have the loom lay it out on the floor and then work out what is what by a process of elimination ,ie start with the easy stuff ,lights ,horn, etc . label it up and then fit it in the car .
