German GP with Williams F1

Post by Monster »

So there was uncertainty whether we'd (by which i mean the company I work for) would be sponsoring Williams again this year but it was recently confirmed so there was a scramble for the various hospitality that comes with it.

In a totally selfless move which put my clients requirements before my own I have grabbed a blinder at this years German GP in July and feeling pretty pleased with myself.

We have grandstands for qualifying and race day, along with paddock & pit (and williams garage) access, but also a slap up meal in the Williams "motorhome" in the paddock itself, which is prepared by Williams own michelin starred chef??? on the saturday night! Should be pretty amazing being in the pits the night before the GP, let alone tucking into a 4 courser in their motorhome...

Am looking forward to this one :)

See F1 is such a fickle business, one of the top tyre suppliers one year and bottom of the pile the next......give it a few years and Pirelli might be reduced to having their guys cook the scoff! :p
[img] Q. If you were stranded on a desert island, who would you rather be stranded with....Ray Mears or Bear Grylls?

A. No question....Ray Mears....you could make a shit load more stew out of that tubby little fecker [/img]

I believe that Williams was once a great formula one team sad to see them struggling obviously spending too much money on hospitality lol

Agreed, but I don't think their lack of form stems from their hospitality... Shame they aren't doing better
