Nice job, I had to check back at the other photos to see if you painted the whole wheel or just the rim. Good match:thumbs:

Cheers again guys, love getting a car up to how I like it a little effort makes a big difference, match isnt perfect but goal was only to get rid of a bit of kerbing 25quid later and iam happy saves a 300 quid refurb too
I rather like the wheel too.

March is a long way away, will I have it still by then:rofl:

I've no firm plans for what sprints I am going to do but really wanna do Hethel and the Carnival at the least but Autograss has to come first, stubbing block for now is tyres tho........

Well that was a brown trouser moment!!!

Eventually had time to have a blast, 40 miles of swift driving and car was spot on then all off a sudden pop, bang, splutter, jerk, misfire and the engine light popped up. Rolled down the road and opened the bonnet, idle was fine no odd noises no boost hoses of I could see. I limped it home and ignored it for a bit, had another look and couldn't find anything guessed it was some kind of fuel cut. Was just about to cry when I noticed the vacuum pipe to the boost solenoid was hanging on for dear life, slid back on and locked wired in place and it was back to normal. What a relief.....
