Pissed Off but not as much as Chris
Well after lots of faffing by the insurance company they decided they needwd to send an independent accessor to look at the car ans from his demeanor I got the impression that it is borderline on costs however we do have some room for manouvere on parts.......
Just pisses me off that due to no fault of his own he could possibly lose his car and four years of his time effort and money
I do have an ace up my sleeve though as I have a very good relationship with the third party insurance company motor engineers and they are keen to do whatever they can to gey the car back on the road
We should have a better idea on Monday or Tuesday next week

even if the other insurance "write it off", you are the legal owner of the car and as such you have full and legal claim to the salvage - they will simply give you a cash settlement minus the salvage costs

Yep absolutely what we want is the car to be repaired at no cost to us.....if that doesn't happen we will look at the other options even if it means breaking the car for parts there are a lot of good parts we could sell on but ut would be a shame to break it......all this aggro because of some stupid young girl not paying attention. ..!!!!!!!
