Leave the grille grey in my opinion. The spoiler is a tougher call. Needs one I think

grill original ,i was very much against the spoilerless look until i had seen a few original examples now i don't mind the "look" . If it was mine i would probably go original ,retro for the win :)

A HUGE MASSIVE THANKYOU TO MY MIKE B

popped down to mikes factory this morning with a car full of goodies for the use of 'the forklift'
certainly beats axle stands :)

managed to do the horrible job of fitting the decat downpipe and yes there were rounded of nuts :( but we got there in the end and now the ol gal sounds lovely with no more blowing

also fitted the tein coilovers and strutbrace, well mike did tbh the guys a legend, i just faffed about
and whiteline rear arb fitted aswell

oh and some bad news after pulling the plastic side trims off the near side has driven over a roock or something and is pretty bent :( now i know whay they were on there but we cleaned them up and left them off, a trip to a body shop is on the cards
was pleasantly supprised to see the underside is rust free though and all the inner arches etc..
not bad for an old car with no underseal whatsoever

they look good together and almost ready for 2013 sprint action

cheers again mike

That's looking great mate, well, they both are. Love seeing people putting cars together to exactly how they want them. Spoiler issue is a tricky one. Altho the original retro pull is strong i think I'd have to stick one on...

Hmm, more talk of sprinting.... (and more talk of short boxes and the effects of lag.....)
