So does he just take a bog standard Auto art model car and customise it to individual requirements?

basically yeah, or whatever model it is. Although he doesn't make his owm stuff for the mods, it's what he can get. He just seems to love making replicas of proper modded motors, whether they're "original" race models like an RS2000 scort or modded up. He did a model of my old xr3i cab, it was exact tto the number plate, ride height, everything, only thing he couldn't get was the jetex backbox, but he did find a powermaster which was on it before the jetex so it was basically spot on. He seriously needs to get his wrx on track and stop fuckin about.....
