Far cry 3

Properly looking forward to this. Far cry 2 was awesome with some beautiful graphics and huge areas to explore, but this looks waay better and they've got rid of some of the annoying gameplay i.e respawning enemy checkpoints and made travelling around faster and far less tedious + there's animals to hunt. Shame it's not out till September

Been watching this for a while now. It looks immense and probably the only game this year I am looking forward to

Ben, I remember the LAN parties we had with this. The amazing maps, the glinting of the sniper scopes, the fun with the vehicles.....just awesome !!!

Far Cry 2 had so much potential and there were some bits that were fantastic, the story was well scripted, the multiplayer was fun and the open world was superb but it was let down as Jon said by the respawning checkpoints, the dodgy AI, the malaria tablets bit that didn't seem to make any difference whether you took them or not etc.

Fuck yeah

Far cry2 was good but this is on another level completely! The graphics, hunting animals, awesome upgradable weapons, brilliant stealth/sniper play and the seriously trippy gameplay ( if you've ever taken bucket loads of acid, this'll give you flashbacks

) make this my fav game of the year by a country mile.
Just buy it.

Awesome game

It has given me a mild heart attack late at night walking near the river and promptly got fucked over by a croc :wack:
