I took the idea from the Password:JDM undertray and changed it to suit my requirements. One of those are being used in a race series here in the uk.

With out doing wind tunnel testing you can't be sure.

Final one fitted today very happy with the out come.

The diffuser picture was taken before I tightened the bolts so its not quite lined up. Need to road test it for a while then have it powder coated black

At a rough guess mate, how heavy would you say the complete undertray/diffuser is currently?
[img] Q. If you were stranded on a desert island, who would you rather be stranded with....Ray Mears or Bear Grylls?

A. No question....Ray Mears....you could make a shit load more stew out of that tubby little fecker [/img]

You're very talented, is this the type of fabrication you do for a living? Truly great work

Yeah we do, this is pretty simplistic stuff for us.

Total weight is about 20kg, carbon fibre would be lighter but about 3 times the cost for an "ok" grade.

Ordered the Tillett's today went for some red stitching and the Tillett's logo in red. 4 week lead time so putting the oem seats back in so I can still drive it.

I think that the new seats will look superb, and offer a very different feel and level of feedback from the chassis.

Good luck
