Yes the above looks ok. Try things like Fiat Cinquecento/Sciecento and Corsa's as i know they are very low insurance groups and reasonable cars from personal experience.

Just an update to this managed to buy an 05 fiat panda 73000 miles and insure it with her own policy in her name fully comp for
