*Very important update*
The organisers are meeting tonight to clarify the last few tweaks to the day, amongst which will be where and how they squeeze us in

One thing that has been clarified is the time of arrival. All clubs and their members are expected to be in place and stationary before the public arrive so that is by 8.30am at the latest. There are over 20 clubs being represented in some shape or form and all club members have the same requirements so please make sure that you are on time So, bullet points for the charity race experience day;

-Arrive between 7.30 and 8.15am and tell the nice people at the gate that you're with BigPower and you're on the club stand

-You will give them
