I know i should keep it clean but it is garaged and looked after mechanically . I must ask were did that picture of that young lady hoovering come from , its difficult to not go and have another look .Pete

Milly is the young lady pictured that Arron and Gareth had referred to, and the photo is from Arron's lovely Clio and the day that it got detailed.

Not easily mate..are they the same types as Gary's? Do you mean swirl marks or actual scratches that you can 'feel' with your fingernail?

swirl marks, I washed them after they wer new and used normal glass cleaner...doh!

I now have Plexus which is for Lexan and plastics

I gave Gary some Plast-X for use on his which could be worth a go, just make sure that you use new cloth or certainly very clean. You can get into the whole 1500, 2000 and 3000 wet and dry but I wouldn't get into that unless you know what you are doing.

I will say that marking on any plastic like this (Polycarbonate, Macrolon etc) is really tough to avoid.
