Stripped Dashboard and MOT

You dont need a speedo for an MOT,just the warning lights like you said. But i'd imagine you'd still need the odometer?

PS

The odometer has never been an MOT fail, there's loads of cars with electronic odo's that are faulty or have digits missing. We just leave the mileage blank on the cert.
